Key Responsibilities :- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and financial processes.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules.- Configure SAP FI sub-modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).- Configure SAP CO sub-modules such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.- Ensure smooth integration between FICO and other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and PS.- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate solutions.- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial processes, reporting, and configurations.- Stay updated with the latest features in S/4 HANA Finance and guide clients on best practices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and efficiency using SAP solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 3 - 7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.- Hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA Finance or Public Cloud implementations.- Strong functional knowledge of FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing).- Knowledge of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.- Strong understanding of finance, accounting standards, and controlling principles.- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Skills :- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for finance and controlling.- Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) concepts.- Understanding of SAP taxation configurations (GST, VAT, etc.- Experience with end-to-end greenfield or brownfield implementations.- SAP FICO certification is an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
