Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior HR IT Recruiter. As part of the Talentgigs team, the Junior HR IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, conducting initial assessments/screening, scheduling interviews, managing the hiring process, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Junior HR IT Recruiter will also collaborate with external clients and liaise with internal departments to help drive talent acquisition strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting for IT and Non-IT positions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever
  • Ability to embrace new technology and learn quickly
