Description :- Candidate should have hands-on experience in ChaRM implementation and support within SAP Solution Manager.- Must be proficient in end-to-end change management processes (creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes).- Ability to troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues, manage retrofit scenarios, and ensure audit/compliance :- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA Responsibilities :- Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.- System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules.- SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup/recovery processes.- Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase/MaxDB is an added advantage).- Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager.- Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes.- Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness.Required Skills :- Strong hands-on SAP BASIS expertise.- Proficiency with SAP HANA database.- Experience with ChaRM implementation and support.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
