This role comprises Growth Planning and driving execution & creative excellence. The role is based out of Bangalore with three days a week work from office routine.Responsibilities :Monthly target planning , tracking the performance & taking corrective measures to ensure we deliver our MoP/ QoP goalsCoordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure execution excellence for delivery MoMReporting & tracking of weekly performance, publishing to stakeholders & taking corrective measures with the team to ensure delivery of resultsConduct regular reviews of key performance metrics and adapt project plans based on insights and business needsDrive end-to-end ownership of key business initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation.Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and scorecards to monitor business KPIs and project impact.Build and maintain regular reporting cadences for leadership and relevant stakeholders, simplifying complex data into clear narratives.Skillsets :Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business metricsUtilize various tools and techniques to extract data from multiple sourcesProcess and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Excel skills to create, automate, and maintain daily/weekly business performance reportsExperience in using data to identify trends, track KPIs, and actionable insightsProven experience in account management, negotiation, and client servicingAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational efficiencyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills"We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law".
