Job Title: Functional QA – Capital Market DomainLocation: Gurugram / Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days office per week)Experience: 3+ yearsNotice Period: Immediate to 2 weeks onlyJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Functional QA professional with hands-on experience in manual testing and strong exposure to the Capital Market domain. The ideal candidate will have direct client-handling experience, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to ensuring product quality across business-critical applications.Key Responsibilities- Analyze business and functional requirements, design comprehensive test cases, and execute manual testing. - Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for capital market products. - Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage. - Handle client interactions independently, providing updates, clarifications, and UAT support. - Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. - Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.Must Have Skills- 3+ years of experience in Manual / Functional QA. - Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Asset Management. - Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. - Experience working with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Proven experience in client-facing roles and handling testing deliverables independently.Work Mode- Hybrid: 3 days per week from office (Gurugram / Bangalore)How to ApplySend your CV with the below details to vijay.selvarajan@publicissapient.comRequired Details:- Total Experience - Relevant Experience - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period (Immediate to 2 weeks only) - Current Location - Preferred Location - LinkedIn Profile URL
