You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop scalable and robust data science :- Develop and manage the strategic data science and AI roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives- Lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI/ML specialists- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data science and AI/ML models and applications- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, product) to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives- Define and implement robust data governance, quality, and security practices- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science and AI/ML solutions- Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover insights and recommend data-driven strategies- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and AI- Mentor and develop the data science and AI/ML team members- Continuously improve data science and AI/ML processes and methodologiesRequirements :- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role- Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven projects and solutions- Proficient in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques- Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data science/AI tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data engineering, and software development lifecycles- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities- Industry certifications in data science, machine learning, or AI/GenAI (e.g., AWS Certified Data Scientist, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer)- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domains- Experience in product development, project management, or business consultingAbout Hireginie : Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
