Role & Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, coordinate with recruitment vendors, and ensure timely closure of positions.

• Onboarding & Induction: Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.

• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, grievances, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to build morale and improve retention.

• Payroll & Salary Management: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and salary disbursements.

• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to basic HR compliance requirements.

• HRMS Management: Maintain and update employee records on HRMS; preferred candidates should have hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a go-getter with excellent interpersonal skills.
