Our mission is to innovate and excel in our offerings while fostering a culture of teamwork and integrity.About the RoleThe Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries and supporting the sales team in achieving targets through effective communication and coordination.Responsibilities- Handle incoming sales inquiries via calls, emails, and website leads. - Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-ups to close deals. - Update and maintain CRM systems and sales/order databases. - Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and finance teams for order fulfillment and billing. - Assist the field sales team by scheduling meetings, sharing product details, and handling correspondence. - Track sales orders from confirmation to dispatch and payment completion. - Maintain detailed records of customer feedback, interactions, and complaints for performance improvements. - Generate and share weekly/monthly sales reports, should have knowledge in Zoho.Qualifications- Graduate with B.E, Diploma, B.Tech Mechanical Engineers. MBA is a plus but not mandatory. - 2–3 years in internal sales, Tele sales, Industrial products sales experience is an advantage.Required Skills- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems such as Zoho, Runo, or Salesforce is advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both verbal and written. - Sharp attention to detail, multitasking capability, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.Preferred Skills- Experience in industrial products sales.Pay range and compensation package- Current openings for Inside Sales Engineer ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (₹3–3.6 LPA). - Competitive salary (performance-based incentives may apply).Equal Opportunity StatementHakke Industries is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
