Role: Head of Brand & Communication

Designation: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop the overall brand strategy and brand positioning for adda52 poker and adda games. Be the custodian of the brand
  • Develop and deliver on the annual brand marketing plan to achieve the brand objectives in the most optimum way
  • Custodian of all customer communication, covering all customer touch-points. Accountable for coherent and consistent brand communication
  • Lead the brand and communication team and agency partners to deliver on key projects on core brand, social media, influencer marketing and PR
  • Lead efforts on consumer insights to ensure every intervention focuses on solving for key consumer tensions / pain points to drive business results in a consumer centric way. Drive discipline on consumer centricity
  • Lead operations of the brand and communications function - a) Creative Campaigns- TV, OOH, Radio, OTT, Digital, Social, Influencers & Activations b) Media planning & buying - Reach and frequency based planning for ad campaigns. Spend optimization for max impact. c) Analysis- Focus on measurability and quantify campaign impact for the business
  • Oversee and direct creative, social media, influencer and PR agencies, production houses and market research companies effectively to get desired results
  • Take charge of competition benchmarking, and emerging trends in the mobile gaming space. Define strategies to develop competitive advantages in narrative and consumer experience
  • Influence cross functional leaders and teams across the organization to deliver on projects and objectives of the brand and communication function
  • Nurture the brand and communication team into a high potential, high performing team.


Requirements:

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Positioning, Social Media and Content Marketing with consumer facing digital businesses.
  • Proven experience in implementation of brand and content strategies that have delivered exceptional results.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong creative spark and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership experience of over 5+ years, to get desired results from marketing team, product team, other functional teams and leadership. High on collaboration and cross functional working
  • Strong commercial focus means you can deliver big results on small budgets.
  • High degree of ownership and drive to deliver measurable results
  • Prior experience in real-money gaming, fantasy sports will be an add-on
  • MBA or equivalent degree with Marketing focus is a must
