RPA Developer

We are looking for a skilled RPA (Blue Prism) developer with experience in Python.

- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes.

- Your role will involve writing efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code, and integrating RPA tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Description :

- Highly skilled RPA developer with knowledge in programming languages like python and .Net.

- Responsible for design, develop and implement robust RPA solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

- Provide application maintenance and support in accordance with Service Level Agreement.

- Deliver applications in accordance with relevant IT policies and procedures.

- Design, develop, and test automation scripts using RPA technology.

- Implement and optimize RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks.

- Integrate RPA systems with existing applications and databases.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code.

- Test and debug programs to ensure functionality and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Document the procedures followed in the automation process.

- Maintain and update automated processes according to changes in the system or business requirements.

Who we are looking for :

- 4-8 years in designing and developing and support applications with minimum of 4 years on BluePrism.

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using leading RPA tools, particularly in BluePrism.

- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications using Python and .NET.

- Able to understand business problems, connect to technological solutions, strong communication skills & customer delivery focus.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

- Excellent problem analysis skill.

- Innovative and creative in developing RPA, AI/ML solutions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skill.

- Works well in a dynamic environment.

- Ability and willingness to be hands-on.

- Blue Prism or AI accredited developer would be beneficial.

- Any Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent.
