Job Description:

Title: AVP/ VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Channel Partner Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the channel partner strategy to maximize revenue growth and market share.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and other key stakeholders.

3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market plans with channel partners, including marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and training programs.

4. Ensure that channel partners are equipped with the necessary resources and support to effectively sell our products and services.

5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, product and operations to ensure that the company's offerings are aligned with partner needs and are effectively promoted through the channel.

7. Develop and manage a channel partner performance dashboard to track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus

2. 8+ years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the ed-tech industry

3. Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and tactics, as well as experience with partner onboarding and enablement

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
