Key Responsibilities

As a Sales or Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in promoting Ankura Homes’ projects and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Responsibilities:

·       Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide customized solutions.

·       Presentations and Site Visits: Deliver impactful property presentations and coordinate site visits to showcase project features effectively.

·       Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals to convert them into successful sales.

·       Closing Deals: Manage negotiations and finalize agreements in alignment with company policies.

·       Customer Support: Address client queries promptly, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.


Marketing Responsibilities:

·       Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to enhance project visibility and lead generation.

·       Event Participation: Represent Ankura Homes at property expos, trade shows, and other marketing events to attract potential buyers.

·       Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

·       Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate on social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertisements to increase digital outreach.

·       Content Development: Contribute to creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

 

Qualifications & Skills

·       Educational Requirements:

o  Any degree (BBA, BBM, B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or equivalent).

·       Communication Skills:

o  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

·       Interpersonal Abilities:

o  A pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

·       Sales Aptitude:

o  Proactive, customer-focused approach with a knack for persuasion and negotiation.

·       Adaptability:

o  Quick learner, willing to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

·       Tech Proficiency:

o  Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools or basic digital marketing techniques is a plus.

·       Industry Awareness:

o  Basic understanding of real estate and construction trends is an added advantage.
