Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional in branding, internal communications, and event management to lead and execute high-impact branding, communications, events, and program management initiatives.
This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative individual who can work seamlessly with multiple teams to deliver engaging internal and external communications, as well as execute large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Communications (External & Internal)
- Manage critical branding initiatives: social media, video production, digital assets, conferences, PR, and flagship events.
- Design and maintain intranet sites with regular content updates.
- Provide ad-hoc communications support to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on best practices in communications.
Content Writing & Marketing
- Plan and execute strategic content schedules for campaigns and events.
- Write impactful content, blogs, newsletters, and build internal sites.
- Create engaging emailers for firm initiatives (basic HTML knowledge preferred).
- Prepare presentations for programs and initiatives (MS Office proficiency required).
- Monitor trends in the technology hiring market via journals, articles, websites, and social listening.
Program Management, Maintenance & Governance
- Enable communications for branding and innovation programs.
- Track and report on communications program success using metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage.
Event Management, Logistics & Coordination
- Manage multiple initiatives, coordinating with internal and regional stakeholders.
- Liaise with Corporate Services, IT, Multimedia, Corporate Security, and REM to ensure event success.
- Support HR-led recruitment events with logistical planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6 years in branding, communications, and event management.
- Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale events seamlessly.
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and administrative abilities.
