Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Cluster Head Sales Central Region to lead, manage, and drive sales performance in the Central Mumbai region. The role involves leading a high-performing team, achieving business targets, developing new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs)


- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets for the Central region.


- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.


- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver peak performance.


- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners.


- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.


- Ensure end-to-end sales cycle management with high standards of customer satisfaction.


- Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and ensure timely reporting to management.


- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.


- Uphold the companys values of Trust, Transparency, Commitment, and Happiness in all business dealings.

- Strong sales and business development acumen with proven track record in achieving targets.


- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.


- Proficiency in account management and relationship building.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive real estate market.


- Relevant experience in real estate sales is preferred.


- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
