This role demands a results-oriented marketer who can blend analytical precision with creative strategy to drive measurable growth and high-quality lead generation. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and executemulti-channel ad campaignsacrossGoogle, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, and DV360 . Drivelead generation and brand visibilityfor premium Dubai real estate and luxury product portfolios. Optimize campaign performance acrossCTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS . Develop and managekeyword strategy, ad copy, audience segmentation, and retargeting frameworks . Set up and track conversions usingGA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag . Manage and integrateCRM systems(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared) for: - Lead scoring and nurturing - Automation workflows and funnel optimisation - API/webhook integrations and data enrichment (Clearbit, Apollo.io) Improvelanding page conversions (CRO)throughA/B testing, UX/UI optimisation , andSEOalignment. UtiliseAI-driven campaign optimisationand data-based insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with creative, sales, and tech teams to align campaign goals with overall business strategy.Skills & Experience4–6 years ofperformance marketing or campaign managementexperience. Proven expertise withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, and native ad platforms . Strong analytical proficiency inGA4, GTM, and conversion tracking . Experience withCRM automation tools(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared). Sound understanding ofCRO, UX/UI, SEO , andA/B testing techniques . Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication and project-management skills. Prior experience inDubai real estate or luxury marketingis highly preferred.
