Our flagship product, TechRyde AI powered KDS, simplifies the digital ordering process for restaurant owners and managers by seamlessly connecting third-party ordering platforms such as UberEats and GrubHub with POS systems and customers.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at TechRyde's Noida, UP India location. The Sales Manager will lead the inside sales team, drive lead generation efforts, manage key accounts, and focus on building strong customer relationships. This role will involve setting sales strategies, mentoring sales representatives, and ensuring that customer satisfaction goals are met. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for representing the company at industry events and trade shows, contributing to the overall growth of TechRyde.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
  • Generate new leads and oversee account management for key clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Represent TechRyde at trade shows in US and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align sales strategies
  • Track sales performance and report to senior management


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, lead generation, and account management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally at trade shows and events
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales software
  • Experience in the restaurant or technology industry is a plus
  • College diploma or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 4+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
