Job Description:

As the Sales Manager for IT Sales at HROnTips, you will play a crucial role in building and developing our sales team in India, while also focusing on driving sales in the U.S. market (90% U.S. sales and 10% Indian sales). You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. Your expertise in HR technology solutions and sales intelligence tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and driving sales success.

Experience: 0 to 4 years (fresh graduates will be considered for the Sales Executive job)

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals in the U.S. (90%) and Indian (10%) markets.Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing sales team in India.Mentor and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and foster a culture of success.Utilize sales intelligence tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in both markets.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns tailored to each market.Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team, ensuring exceptional service and support for clients.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop a sales team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).In-depth knowledge of HR technology solutions, products, and services.Proficiency in sales intelligence tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the ability to leverage them for lead generation and relationship building.Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies for both U.S. and Indian markets.Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
