Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our Irish recruitment team. This role will involve assisting in the hiring and onboarding process, reviewing CVs, guiding candidates on travel and documentation, and handling day-to-day administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and shortlisting CVs for open positions in Ireland and the Netherlands.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the Irish recruitment team.
- Provide candidates with accurate information regarding job roles, visa documentation, and travel guidelines.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and reports.
- Draft official communication and follow-up emails.
- Support with general office administration and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate with local agencies or partners when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Business Admin preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Professional, organized, and committed to confidentiality.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruitment or international placement support.
