Performance Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
As the Performance Marketing Manager at AMPM Luxury Fashion, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a data-driven and strategic professional with a strong background in digital advertising, analytics, and a passion for luxury fashion.
· Digital Advertising Strategy:
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across paid channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEM, display, and social media advertising.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital advertising initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Campaign Optimization:
· Optimize paid media campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
· Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
· Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
· Track and report on budget utilization, making recommendations for adjustments based on performance.
· Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to performance marketing efforts.
· Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns.
· Collaboration and Coordination:
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with brand standards and resonate with the target audience.
· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
· Stay Current with Industry Trends:
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
· Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury fashion market.
· Third Party Tools:
· Knowledge of different tools present in market which are bested suited for the business not limited to analytics & marketing automations.
· Working knowledge on CRM tools to utilize the best related ones for the purpose establishing the support to the company goals.
· In depth knowledge of GA4. Able to create performance reports and support in improving the tracking of website performance and on hand knowledge technical part of setting pixels and other tracking codes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and luxury fashion/fashion or related industries.
· Proven track record of driving successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
· Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:
1. Paid Advertising Platforms:
- Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat, etc.
2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Expertise in SEM strategies for optimizing search engine visibility.
3. Analytics and Data Tools:
- Advanced skills in using analytics tools and data analysis platforms. GA4 knowledge is mandate.
4. Budget Optimization:
- Experience in optimizing advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
5. Creative Tools:
- Familiarity with graphic design and creative tools for ad creation.
6. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Understanding of CRO principles and strategies.
7. Ad Tracking and Attribution:
- Knowledge of ad tracking tools and attribution modeling.
8. Remarketing Strategies:
- Implementation of remarketing strategies for audience retargeting.
