We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer with 5 years of experience in the fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate will excel at designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth, enhance customer acquisition, and maximize ROI across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media, analytics, and consumer behavior within the fashion and lifestyle industries.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and others relevant to the fashion and lifestyle audience.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for new customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve ROI, CPA, and other key performance metrics.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to measure and report on performance.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to optimize results.

E-commerce Integration:

  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to align marketing efforts with inventory, pricing, and promotional calendars.
  • Implement strategies to drive traffic to product pages, improve conversion rates, and reduce cart abandonment.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation:

  • Develop in-depth audience personas and execute hyper-targeted campaigns tailored to specific consumer groups.
  • Use retargeting and lookalike audiences to re-engage customers and expand reach.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the content and design teams to produce high-quality ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Provide insights on emerging trends and consumer preferences in the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate ad spend effectively across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on budget utilization and campaign cost efficiency.

Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Experiment with new channels and technologies to remain ahead of market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel for reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of design aesthetics and branding in the fashion/lifestyle domain.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer lifecycle marketing.
