The rest of the Evam team comprises alumni of IITs, IIMs, CMU, IISc, NUS with rich experience across multiple industriesRole Overview : AI Solutions LeadPropheus is seeking an AI Solutions Lead, as part of E.D.G.E team, to drive solutioning, client engagement, and presales efforts at the intersection of Data, AI, and real-world applications.You will play a pivotal role in shaping how enterprises adopt and scale AI solutions built on Propheus’ Digital Atlas platform — translating business challenges into actionable use cases and working closely with the sales, delivery, and product teams to deliver impact.This is a full-time onsite role based in Bengaluru, with business travel to the US and Southeast Asia as required.Responsibilities:- Own solution design and storytelling — understanding customer pain points, identifying AI-led opportunities, and architecting end-to-end solutions with internal teams that deliver measurable ROI for clients - Lead client conversations as an AI and industry subject matter expert across verticals such as Retail, CPG, O2O, Travel, and BFSI - Drive presales — partnering with GTM teams to lead discovery sessions, scope solutions, create proposals, and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts - Collaborate with delivery and product teams to translate client requirements into feasible, scalable AI solutions and contribute to productization - Develop a deep understanding of industry domains and AI/ML use cases that deliver tangible business outcomes - Stay current with advances in AI and evaluate their applicability to Propheus’ product roadmap and customer engagementsWhat we look for in Candidates:- 3–5 years of experience in solutioning, product, presales, or consulting roles within tech services, tech consulting, or product organizations - Experience building solutions for one or more industries such as Retail, CPG, BFSI, O2O, Travel, or Telecom - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills — ability to explain complex ideas simply and persuasively - Ability to bring ideas to life quickly by creating basic prototypes or mockups using AI tools and presenting a compelling story around them - Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data workflows, solution architecture and cloud ecosystems - Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and collaborate across technical and business teams - Passion for understanding industries and how AI can create tangible business valueWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to work with Fortune 2000 enterprises globally, with international travel and collaboration with customers and partners across the US and Asia - Competitive salary and benefits - Be in an early stage company - grow with the company and shape our trajectory, in turn creating inorganic growth opportunities for yourself - Be in the right field at the right time - opportunity to grow and advance your career in the burgeoning field of AITo apply, please reach out to Ranji on ranji@evamlabs.ai with the subject line: “Propheus: AI Solutions Lead”
