We are launching Contemplate in the US and will soon expand into specialized sub-brands for sports, dating, parenting, leadership, and more.Role OverviewAs a Marketing & Operations Intern you will play a key role in shaping and executing this US launch. This is not a back-office role. You will be instrumental in bringing a new category of mental fitness to the US and beyond, coordinating with yoga studios, students, coaches, and partners. You will be the operational backbone and marketing driver, ensuring everything flows smoothly across programs, content, and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing- Manage and update all content across channels (social media, website, email, blogs, etc.) - SEO - Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for Contemplate and its sub-brands - Track analytics and recommend strategies for growth and improvement - Build an online revenue funnelOperations- Coordinate and manage student and coach training activities, including scheduling and communication - Edit and upload video recordings of training sessions - Work directly with yoga and wellness studio owners to launch Contemplate at their studios - Assist studios in setting up their physical spaces to reflect Contemplate’s identity - real spaces with real people, not just digital interactions - Assist certified Contemplate coaches in the US to ensure their training is impactful by creating training content, tracking student progress, and creating tools for them - Support general operations tasks as required, including planning travel, stay, food, book printing and shipping, finding vendors in the US, and anything else that is necessary for ensuring smooth executionRequirements- A deep interest in wellness, yoga, or mental fitness - Fluent in English, both spoken and written; must be comfortable speaking with American partners, coaches, and studio owners, prior US experience preferred - Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic marketing principles - Video editing skills - High energy, attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat You’ll Gain- Directly impact the lives of thousands of people helping them live more peacefully - Hands-on experience in launching a unique and an original Indian mind fitness brand in the US. - Opportunity to work on multiple sub-brands across sports, dating, parenting, leadership, and more - Direct collaboration with studio owners and wellness professionals - A chance to grow into a long-term role in a purpose-driven and passionate institutionStipend & Commitment- Stipend: Based on the candidate's capability - Duration: Min 6 months - Commitment: Full-time for 6 months (extension or full time employee role likely based on performance)
