We are looking for an energetic and creative intern to join our team, assisting with marketing initiatives and operational tasks.

**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing and Operations Intern, you will support our marketing efforts while also gaining experience in various operational activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to both marketing campaigns and the day-to-day operations of our organization. It is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics. Contribute to creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing marketing events, such as webinars, open houses, and student fairs. Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support the execution of these events.
- **Operational Tasks**: Support the operational side of the business, including managing databases, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with office management tasks. Contribute to improving operational efficiency.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Provide recommendations based on research findings.
- **Administrative Duties**: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
