Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic lawyer to join our team as an Associate Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal aspects related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), investor relations and fund-raising activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in law, with a preference for those with past law firm experience and a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience M&A Management:

- Oversee and provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with all legal requirements during the M&A process.

2. Investor Relations:

- Act as a key point of contact for investor relations, addressing legal queries and providing necessary information to investors.

3. Fund-Raising:

- Assist in structuring and negotiating fundraising transactions.

- Draft and review legal documentation related to fundraising activities.

4. Shareholders' Agreement (SHA) Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Shareholders' Agreement.

- Draft, review, and negotiate SHAs to protect the company's interests
