Role Overview:

The E-Commerce Head will drive Sweet Karam Coffee's online sales and digital growth through strategic planning and execution. This role requires expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and team leadership, with a focus on data-driven optimization and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize the e-commerce platform to enhance sales, conversion rates, and customer experience.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including new markets and product lines.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Manage site functionality, UX/UI, and promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate across teams and manage external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce leadership, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Passion for food, culture, and delivering excellent digital experiences.
