Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web/Ecommerce Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web and ecommerce product management, with a particular focus on on-page optimization and conversion funnel workflows. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our ecommerce services by optimizing user experiences and increasing conversion rates across our web and email channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our ecommerce services, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • On-Page Optimization:
  • Lead efforts to optimize website pages for improved user experience and SEO performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to identify opportunities for content and design improvements that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conversion Funnel Workflows:
  • Design and implement effective conversion funnel strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze customer journeys and identify pain points, implementing solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to drive product decisions.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and optimization strategies.
  • Email Marketing & Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize email templates and workflows to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in web/ecommerce product management with a strong focus on on-page optimization and conversion funnel workflows.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing ecommerce websites and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices, A/B testing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is preferred.
