About the Role: We are looking for adynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM)to driveenterprise sales in IT hardware solutions . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sellingIT infrastructure productssuch as servers, storage, networking equipment, laptops, desktops, and related solutions tocorporate clients, SMEs, and institutions . This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.Key Responsibilities: Identify and developnew business opportunitiesin the IT hardware segment across enterprise clients. Build and maintainstrong relationships with key decision-makersin corporate, SME, and government sectors. Generate leads throughcold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client visits . Present and promote IT hardware solutions (e.g.,servers, PCs, laptops, storage devices, networking products, peripherals ) to potential clients. Collaborate withOEMs and distributors(like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.) for pricing, solution design, and proposal support. Preparesales proposals, quotations, and tenders , ensuring profitability and compliance. Achievemonthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Maintain an updatedpipeline, CRM records, and reports . Coordinate with thetechnical teamfor solution delivery, installation, and support. Stay updated onIT hardware market trends, competitors, and product developments .Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, IT, or related field . Minimum2–5 years of experienceinB2B or enterprise sales of IT hardware . Strong understanding ofIT infrastructure components(servers, networking, storage, end-user computing). Experience in dealing withcorporate procurement and IT departments . Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentationskills. Ability towork independentlyand manage multiple accounts. Proficiency inMS Office, CRM tools, Stronganalytical and relationship-buildingabilities
