Job Description – ServiceNow Technical Lead & Implementation SpecialistLocation: MumbaiWork Mode: 5 Days WFOExperience: 10+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the Role:We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Lead & Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules, with a particular focus on Business Process Management (BPM), in cloud environments (AWS/GCP) for Insurance and BFSI clients.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions. - Drive integration of ServiceNow with multiple systems/applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. - Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align ServiceNow technology with business needs and processes. - Provide technical leadership, manage project risks, and deliver robust, high-quality solutions. - Oversee scripting, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices across implementations. - Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.Key Skills & Experience:- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with extensive ServiceNow implementation background. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, framework, data model, and integrations. - Expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow APIs & Web Services. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, large-scale projects
