NAVA Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with strong existing connections to Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners (own POCs). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients, focusing on Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners.

- Maintain, strengthen, and expand relationships with existing accounts.

- Act as the primary point of contact (own POCs) for strategic vendor relationships.

- Understand client requirements and deliver effective staffing solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Drive revenue targets and achieve quarterly/annual business goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, leadership) to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate account information, sales pipeline, and forecasting reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3-6 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in IT Staffing or Consulting.

- Strong, demonstrable connections with Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners (must have own POCs).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

- Strong understanding of the IT staffing/consulting ecosystem.
