Responsibilities:
- Handle the MSP model for Domestic clients.
- Provide recruitment delivery support for all the assigned to your team roles.
- Building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts, by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle. That involves identifying business opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations.
- Handle any escalation for all recruitment issues.
- Manage a healthy candidate pipeline, resume/candidate screening, interviewing, and offer process on behalf of your team.
- Focus on alternative sourcing methods and strategies for seeking talent.
Requirement:
- Proven track record in India (Domestic) Staffing managing MSPs.
- Experience leading recruitment team with focus on helping scale the organization in order to meet its growth objectives.
- Proven track record of expanded teams from ground up and helping grow company.
- Strategic thinker along with operational execution capabilities.
