The role involves strategic account management, business development, relationship building and project coordination to ensure customer success and meet revenue targets. Strategic Key Account Management: Develop and manage strategic relationships with top retail partners, detailing studios, installers, accessory stores, and premium car care chains. Act as the single point of contact for all key accounts in the assigned region. Prepare and execute account-wise business plans to achieve sales and growth targets.2. Sales & Business Development (PPF + Accessories): Drive sales of PPF, detailing accessories, and automotive customization products through retail channels. Identify and onboard new high-potential customers such as luxury car studios, high-end garages, multi-brand accessory stores, and PPF installers. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strong funnel management and market expansion.3. Technical & Product Expertise: Understand PPF materials, applications, installation challenges, and product differentiators. Conduct product demos, training sessions, and capability presentations for customers and installation teams. Become a subject-matter expert on automotive customization trends and technologies.4. Customer Service & Project Coordination: Ensure flawless execution of PPF installations or accessory deliveries through coordination with internal installation/operations teams. Track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest service quality. Handle escalations, warranty concerns, service issues, and customer feedback.5. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development: Stay updated on competitor strategies, pricing, and new products in the regional PPF and accessories market. Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and emerging trends in South/East markets. Contribute ideas for new retail programs, dealer promotions, or product improvements.6. Reporting & Commercial Management: Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial terms with key accounts. Prepare sales forecasts, weekly reports, account performance dashboards, and MIS updates. Ensure customer compliance with payment cycles, agreements, and service-level commitments.Skill Requirements: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of PPF, detailing processes, and automotive materials. Excellent communication and customer handling abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts, installations, and projects simultaneously. Strong commercial acumen and technical selling abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting. Self-driven, street-smart personality with a strong sense of ownership. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Required Experience & Background: Master’s (MBA) Degree can be added advantage / preferably engineering graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience in selling PPF, automotive accessories, car-care products, detailing solutions, or aftermarket automotive services. Strong experience in managing retail accounts, installers, accessory shops and premium automotive studios.Compensation: Salary as per market standards and experience level.
