As a consultant, you will be driving business for the organization as well as built network with senior technology professionals and advice them on their next career Leadership Hiring : Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies and solutions and provide holistic solutions tailored to their specific requirements.- Stakeholder Management : Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives (CMO, VP, Director etc.), understanding business drivers and providing consultative hiring advice.- Building Network : You will connect with senior leaders to build a strong network of potential candidates as a trusted advisor.- Talent Partnerships : Deepen relationships with existing clients & onboard new clients by leveraging on market insights and commercial intelligence.Skills and Qualifications- Tier 1 MBA with 2 to 4 years' experience working in a client facing role.- Prior experience in Leadership Hiring is required in the Consumer industry.- If you are a customer-centric professional with a bias for action and strong track record of success in academics (MBA), performing arts or sports (National/International) and want to be part of fast-growing executive search firm, we will be keen to have an interaction with you.What's On OfferThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys networking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
