Job Description:

  1. Engage with potential clients interested in SignalX's Risk Intelligence Solutions through phone and email communication.
  2. Conduct research on LinkedIn, websites, and various databases to identify contact information for prospective customers, and reach out to them via email and phone to assess their needs.
  3. Grasp a general understanding of client requirements and present an introduction to SignalX's Risk Intelligence Solutions through email or phone conversations.
  4. Qualify leads and coordinate demo or sales calls for the sales team to take over account development and closure.
  5. Utilize multiple channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, and personalized social outreach, to discover contacts of key decision-makers.
  6. Distribute relevant materials such as brochures, samples, and demo videos to prospects prior to the demo call to ensure a comprehensive understanding of SignalX's offerings.
  7. Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to schedule demo or sales calls.
  8. Provide daily updates to management on deals opened for the sales team.
  9. Compile and maintain weekly reports on sales pipeline development.

Expectations:

  1. Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including customer success, support, sales, and business development functions.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Exhibit the ability to engage in pleasant and assertive communication with prospective clients.
  4. Conduct diligent follow-up calls and communication with prospects to guarantee the scheduling of sales calls.
  5. Thrive as both an independent operator and a team player, taking full responsibility for their work output.

Skills required:

  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  2. Proficiency in researching and identifying contact information for potential clients.
  3. Confidence and skill in cold calling activities.
  4. Expertise in composing persuasive and professional cold emails.
  5. Strong commitment to providing accurate and timely reports.
