The diversity of our workforce and their inspiring ideas resonate throughout all that we do – don’t just read about digital transformation, be part of the revolutionPosition Overview:The Senior Executive will be responsible to calculate tax deductions, reconcile tax reporting, and monitors payroll compliance.Work experience – Minimum 3-4 years’ experience working in US payroll.Shift timings - 11:30 AM – 8:30 PMWorkplace Type – Work From OfficeJob Description:- Should have thorough knowledge of US Payroll taxes, WHT and SUI and hands on experience in filing, speaking with US Tax authorities. - Specific tasks assigned to a Payroll Tax Specialist include: - Calculating employee and employer tax amounts - Reconcile and validate the payroll details received from ADP reports. - Registering the company State Withholding account and State Unemployment Insurance accounts with respective tax authorities - Filing of weekly, monthly, and quarterly WHT and SUI tax returns and reporting - Monitoring of legislative changes - Incorporation of legislative changes into the Internal payroll process. - Reporting to management Generating reports for audits, going forward - Handling tax-related employer queriesAdditional Requirements:- Good command over English language as would be required to speak with US Tax Officers. - Sound knowledge of US With Holding Tax and State Unemployment Insurance, how to file respective returns, report numbers. - Liaison with tax officials.Qualification:● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.● At least 3-4 years’ experience working in US payroll.● Expert knowledge of Excel● Attention to detail.● Ability to work accurately under deadline pressure.● Service orientation and collaborative attitude.What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Health and wellness benefits. - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.DiversityWe firmly believe that every person should have the same opportunities, regardless of age, sex, religion, culture, beliefs, or disability status.
