Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel macros and MS Access. Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, RPA, Python, VBA, SQL is a plus. Experience in regulatory or management reporting is preferred. Advantageous to have knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and systems. Strong analytical ability to interpret requirements and data structures for effective solution design. Hands-on approach to working with complex reports and large datasets, with strategic insight for regional standardization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities concurrently.Generate and distribute timely relevant reports/data across business functions and locations. Collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements, including data needs, format, and frequency. Conduct data quality checks and testing, including impact and gap analysis.Drive process improvements in reporting to reduce risk and enhance data quality. Automate standardized reports using systems and databases for efficiency. Partner with IT and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and reporting solutions. Deliver reporting solutions using approved technologies aligned with business goals.
