Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive


Location: NIBM , Pune


Job Type: Full-Time


Job Description: As a Corporate Sales Executive at Expunch , you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our corporate gifting solutions to businesses of all sizes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and promote our corporate gifting solutions to potential clients, highlighting the unique value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the corporate gifting, luxury, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mind-set and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
