This role will focus on driving customer acquisition, user engagement, and retention through innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the companys growth Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy focused on B2C customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement.

- Lead performance marketing and growth marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels.

- Optimize the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates using a data-driven approach.

- Own customer lifecycle management to drive retention, engagement, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

- Collaborate with product, tech, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, offline, and influencer-driven initiatives.

- Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team to build a high-performance culture.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new Requirements:

- 5 years and above of experience in a B2C marketing role, preferably in the Fintech or digital consumer space.

- Proven success in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

- Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data analytics.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- MBA in Marketing or related field is highly preferred.
