Job Title: General Manager / AVP – Core Finance OperationsLocation:Bangalore or HyderabadAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced finance leader to manage and scale core finance operations in a third-party provider environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across taxation, treasury, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and compliance, combined with strong client-facing experience from BPM organizations.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end finance operations includingTaxation, Treasury, AP, AR, and Compliance. Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business objectives. Ensure statutory compliance and regulatory adherence across all processes. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations effectively. Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices. Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions and cost optimization initiatives. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new business initiatives and RFP-driven projects (e.G., MTI, Lightsource).Required Skills & Qualifications Education:CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification. Experience:12–15 years of core finance experience in athird-party provider environment. Strong knowledge oftaxation, treasury, AP, AR, compliance, and financial reporting. Proven ability to manage large-scale finance operations and lead teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.Preferred Attributes Resumes from BPM companies with client-facing experience will be the best fit. Experience in setting up finance processes for new projects or business units. Exposure to global finance operations and multi-location teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
