Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calling) – HVAC Process | Work From Home 📍 Location: Mohali (Remote – Work From Home)🕕 Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST during winter | 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST during summer)📅 Working Days: 6 Days (Including Saturdays)💰 Compensation: ₹25,000/month (Fixed) + ₹500 per successful appointment (Fixed pay structure – non-negotiable) About the Role We’re hiring enthusiastic and customer-driven professionals for our HVAC Call Center Process . This work-from-home role involves outbound calling , appointment scheduling , and promoting membership plans for US-based customers. If you have great communication skills and enjoy helping customers while working independently, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. Promote membership plans and special offers in a professional manner. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and record accurate feedback. Maintain and update customer data, call outcomes, and appointment details in CRM tools. Follow scripts, adhere to process standards, and maintain high-quality interactions. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and enrollments. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate or above. Experience: 1–2 years in outbound calling, customer service, or telesales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Communication: Excellent spoken English and clear, confident phone etiquette. Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools. Work Setup: Must have a personal laptop, noise-cancelling headphones, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a quiet workspace suitable for client and team meetings. Additional Information Full-time work-from-home opportunity. Availability required during US hours (night shift). No paid leaves during WFH employment (except Sunday/official holidays).
