Role Summary:


Brand: Dentsu Creative

Designation: Account Manager

Job Location: Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Years of experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience within a leading Mainline Advertising / Digital / Integrated agency. (Please note that we are not considering candidates from other industries.)


Key Accountabilities:


  • Should have a mix of ATL and digital experience
  • Should be able to manage and implement TVC and print production (quality, process, timeline, cost)
  • Serve as an intermediary between agency and client, representing the broad scope of interest. Investigate client concerns related to agency and work to resolve them with the appropriate cross-functional leads
  • Manage daily end to end operations on projects (from creative briefing to artworks and adaptations at the studio)
  • Should have a fair experience on digital and social media ways of working and implementation
  • Focus on ongoing client mapping process to deepen client trust and broaden the agency’s purview/stature within the client organization
  • Provide POV as the work goes into the engine at major milestones and when it becomes the final product to determine if it delivers on the objectives and strategy set forth initially. This includes providing unadulterated feedback and input to the client on how it is being pushed through the agency
  • Oversee the development of Input Briefs for major initiatives with the Client Partner team. This includes working hand-in-glove with the client partner to guide them on briefs and planning media
  • Accountable for the health of the client business to the agency both financially and relationship-wise
  • Serve as an expert on the client’s business and industry
  • Manage overall campaign planning, Key message development etc...
  • Close coordination with the planning and creative team to plan the network on all big and small projects and aligning with the client
  • Laying down mutually agreeable processes to strengthen and smoothen the strategic & creative development process
  • Lead integration with partner agencies
  • Manage Billing & Revenue
