Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled EDI Project Manager with 8-15 years of experience to lead high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage projects, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery within budget, while serving as the key point of contact for stakeholders.

You'll lead change management, facilitate project-related meetings, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage EDI projects within a structured delivery model.

- Ensure project documentation, resource planning, and reporting are up-to-date.

- Communicate progress, lead meetings, and escalate issues as needed.

- Oversee change management with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage project financials, including resource allocation and billings.

- Collaborate during "Go-Live" and knowledge transfer phases.

- Ensure process transformation through customer mapping and identifying improvement opportunities.

- Play a vital role in testing management and customer support.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Professional project management experience preferred.

- Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience is a plus.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.

- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation is beneficial.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project).

- Flexible hours and occasional travel as needed.
