Job Title: Portfolio Lead (Digital Delivery & Strategic Client Transformation)Location: Remote as permanent employeeCompany: Our Premium Client - German BasedJob Summary We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across our cross-industry digital portfolio, spanning Mobile, Web, Cloud, and Enterprise API Solutions. This senior role requires a blend of strategic client advisory, technical acumen (especially in Java/Enterprise Applications), hands-on delivery leadership, and team scaling across global geographies, with a strong emphasis on European client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Delivery: Oversee end-to-end execution and governance for a portfolio of cross-industry projects, ensuring quality, risk tracking, and timely resolution.Client Strategy: Act as a Strategic Advisor for client transformation, lead QBRs/Steering Committees, and drive presales activities (solutioning, estimation, proposal development). Technical Oversight: Review high-level solution architectures for technical feasibility and align technical direction with Architects and Product Owners.Possess a broad understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, and CI/CD.Team & Culture: Shape and scale multi-disciplinary, multi-regional teams. Coach Project Leads/Technical Managers and foster a performance-driven culture.Process & Frameworks: Define delivery strategy, operating models, and Agile/DevOps frameworks across the portfolio.Must-Have Qualifications12+ years of progressive experience in IT Delivery and Portfolio/Program Management. * Mandatory: Proven experience in a pivotal role with German or European clients, involving intensive stakeholder interaction. *Hands-on Technical Depth: Proven experience developing Enterprise Applications using Java (JEE, Spring, Quarkus) and strong knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, and CI/CD principles.Proven success managing cross-functional development teams across diverse industries (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing).Expert knowledge of Risk Mitigation, Conflict Resolution, and Delivery Governance. Nice-to-Have Skills (A Plus)Hands-on experience with a secondary language like TypeScript (Angular/React), Python, or Go.
