Just ideas → execution → impact.About the RoleThis is not a “social media manager” role — it’s the engine that drives our brand growth.As our Social Media & Marketing Head, you’ll define and lead how India sees, hears, and feels Bubz and Filo.You’ll own everything from brand storytelling and campaign execution to influencer collaborations, digital growth, and community building. Your goal: make our brands impossible to ignore — online and offline.This role demands creativity, hustle, and clarity. You’ll need to think like a brand strategist, execute like a content creator, and analyze like a marketer.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Growth- Build and execute end-to-end brand marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Shape the tone, personality, and cultural positioning of both brands. - Translate business objectives into creative content and campaign roadmaps.Social Media & Content- Lead the entire social media function — strategy, execution, and growth. - Plan monthly calendars, reels, and campaigns that align with brand storytelling. - Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand drops. - Oversee visual aesthetics and creative direction with design and video teams. - Track engagement metrics and optimize based on performance insights.Community & Campaigns- Build and nurture online and offline communities for both brands. - Create experiential campaigns — from pop-ups and collaborations to festival tie-ins. - Identify opportunities for trend-driven and culture-relevant moments. - Manage partnerships with cafés, gyms, and lifestyle spaces for sampling or collabs.Leadership & Execution- Collaborate directly with founders on brand positioning and content direction. - Lead the marketing team (design, video, performance, and interns) with clear KPIs. - Manage budgets, timelines, and creative deliverables end-to-end. - Be accountable for results — not just posts.Requirements- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content (D2C/FMCG experience is a plus). - A strong understanding of storytelling, consumer psychology, and digital trends. - Confident with campaign planning, influencer partnerships, and community management. - Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual judgment. - Hands-on with analytics, creator coordination, and fast-turnaround campaigns. - Freshers with strong creative instincts and hustle are also welcome.Work CultureWe’re not a 9–5 company.
