Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our barcode manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inside sales operations, generating and nurturing leads, conducting sales calls, negotiating deals, upselling products, and maintaining excellent communication and follow-up with clients to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct sales calls to present and promote barcode products and solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, lead generation, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
