In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and clarifying requirements for projects on ad-stack size. You will lead a team of talented engineers for development, maintenance and support of ad-stack projects, deal with requirements spanning multiple functional teams and drive innovation on ad stack size. If you’re passionate about leading a team, concretizing requirements and making efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices. - Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable full stack applications. This includes developing backend systems, APIs needed along with database integrations, implementing business logic, UI features etc. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. - Manage databases and ensure data integrity through effective backend development. - Work on micro services which are integrated with the UI application. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust systems. - Experience with database design and optimization, utilizing Apache Kafka. - Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred:- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Proficiency in Golang is a plus
