Program Support Specialist

Engagement Analyst
The Engagement Analyst is responsible for managing the participant engagement program for the ongoing device beta testing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with the program management team to plan recruitment efforts, independently managing beta participant engagement, designing customer research surveys, and reporting program milestones and statuses. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, an analytical thinker, and have excellent interpersonal skills to improve customer experiences.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with program management team members to plan and execute recruitment efforts
for beta participants.
• Independently manage beta-participant engagement programs, including contacting
participants and implementing new customer engagement strategies.
• Plan and prepare content and timing of customer research surveys to collect user feedback.
• Develop appealing email templates and send out weekly newsletters to beta participants.
• Report on program milestones and statuses.
• Provide customer support to internal participants through the internal ticket system.
• Test unreleased features and devices, and report program risks to tech teams or
stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Project or Program Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to shifting schedules and time demands.
• Ability to track and support multiple projects simultaneously, and accept reprioritization as
necessary.
• Ability to grasp complex technology and learn new information quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing customer engagement programs or beta testing initiatives.
• Familiarity with voice assistants, smart home technology, or related consumer electronics.
• Knowledge of customer research methodologies and survey design.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Qualtrics.
• Proficiency in SQL .
