We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist who can drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our company's expansion in the corporate sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1) Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential corporate clients.
  • Develop strategies to reach decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, , and networking.
  • Client Engagement & Sales Execution

2) Conduct client calls to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Interpret client cues to provide tailored product solutions.
  • Prepare and send product samples, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.

3) Follow-Ups & Relationship Management

  • Maintain persistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

4) Sales Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards to track performance.
  • Provide insights and input to improve overall sales strategy.

5) Database & CRM Management

  • Maintain an organized database of leads and clients for future reference.
  • Effectively use Zoho CRM to track and manage sales activities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

  1. Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion and deal-closing skills.
  2. Cold Calling: Ability to initiate conversations and generate interest.
  3. CRM Proficiency: Experience using Zoho CRM or similar tools.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve sales goals.
  6. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  7. Persistence & Follow-Up: Strong commitment to nurturing leads and maintaining relationships.
