What You'll Do

  • Will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives within an organization.
  • An RPA Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives within an organization.
  • Business Acumen - Understand business processes and identify areas suitable for automation.
  • Should able to prepare proactive proposals for any new automation opportunity.
  • Able to coordinate with multiple team for building and proposing solution.


Expertise You'll Bring


  • Good understanding of RPA project life cycle.
  • Support organization in responding RFP and RFQ
  • Project Management - Effectively manage RPA projects, adhering to governance and change management processes.
  • Good understanding of Project finance.
  • Technical Understanding - Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Customer Connect - Closely connect with Customer and manage escalation and new resource requirement
  • Prepare Weekly / Monthly Status report and present it to Senior leadership of Customer Organization
