Role: Executive QualityReporting to: Section Incharge- QualityEducation Qualification: B.E./  B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringLocation: Nashik, SinnarExperience required: • 3-5 yrs of experience in the following:• Hands on experience in quality function• Must have worked with cross functional teams and high on influential skills• Should have worked in Inprocess and final quality• Should have worked on QMS, IATF and ISOTechnical & Professional Knowledge required:• IATF 16949 2016/ ISO 9001 2015• Quality core tools: SPC,MSA,FMEA,APQP,PPAP•7QC tools,8D methodology, problem solving skills and WHY WHY analysis• DOE welding process, hobbing, machining and heat treatmentPURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Responsible to ensure the plant and process quality standard through the QMS systems in collaboration with manufacturing and all support functions.Key responsibility attached to the role:• Responsible for minimize the rejection and rework of PPM• Responsible for handling customer complaints, and giving corrective /preventive actions• Responsible for continuous improvement of the product performance to enhance the customer satisfaction by verification / improvement of the existing product w.r.t the critical competitors• Responsible for incoming, in process and final product QA• Accountable for implementing Six Sigma and KAIZEN culture within the organization.• Owning responsibilities to proactive approach for quality improvement by implementation of QM, JH and PFMEA techniques• Responsible for performing and executing supplier audits and technically supporting the supplier with regards to QMS & manufacturing process.• Responsible for creating sensitivity by implementing internal customer philosophy• Responsible for reducing rejections at supplier end through continues evaluation and vendor support• Accountable for implementing quality systems in the production processes and in the organisation• Responsible for identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system• To be updated on new developments in measuring techniques & application of techniques to appropriate inspection/testing requirements.• Responsible for ensuring 100% quality through 1st piece inspection & in-process inspection• Responsible for periodic assessment of the QA standards & norms provided to production
