• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to restaurant bookings,

cancellations, and special requests via calls, emails, and chat support.


• Assist customers in navigating the EazyDiner platform, providing guidance on offers,

promotions, and loyalty programs.


• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to senior

team members or management when necessary.


• Coordinate with partner restaurants to confirm reservations and address customer-

specific needs.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using the company's

CRM software.


• Participate in training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of EazyDiner's

services, policies, and systems.


• Support the team in identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience.
